Carlo and Oceana's apartment

Carlo is deep in sleep, until he screams in his sleep, waking him up. He looks around the room and sees Oceana, reading. His breathing is fast paced and he has a sharp pain in his left arm. Then he realizes something. When he was stabbed with the knife by Rax, they never did make it to the infirmary. That's the pain that was hurting him. He cringes at the pain and grips his arm, his hand over the wound.

"The knife. Remember the other day when Rax got me with the knife? The wound. We never got it taken care of. I think it's infected. It hurts really- ah!" He says, unable to finish his sentence because the pain strikes him. He takes his hand away from the knife wound and looks at it. It's red and the blood is surfacing again. Looking at it more closely, he can see rust from the knife blade and something else. There was something- some sort of orange color to part of his skin. It seemed almost like it was injected into him and began to spread through his skin.

When they arrive at the infirmary, there is a group of people there surrounding a bed. Carlo wonders who is over on the bed and begins to head over. It's Rowena.

((OOC: By the way, Rowena only has one n))

One of the Erudite by the bed answers Oceana's question. "She was getting ready to head back to the Erudite headquarters when she was attacked. It was a pair of Candor boys. They stole whatever she had with her to bring back to Erudite." She says.

The woman responds. "She'll be fine. It's just the initial shock. So, why are you two up at-" She looks at her watch "12:30 AM?"

Rowena opens her eyes and looks up at Oceana. "Oshi. My old friend. Nice to see you again. You didn't seem too happy when you saw me yesterday." Rowena says weakly with a small smile.

Rowena laughs a bit. She gets up from the bed, despite the others saying for her not to.
A little girl comes running over to Rowena and hugs her around her waist. "Mommy!" Says the little girl.
Rowena smiles. "Bianca, we're heading back to Erudite now, alright?" She says to her daughter. The four-year-old girl nodded. Rowena and Bianca are then escorted out of the room. Rowena was limping a bit and her pantleg was torn. There was a big gash on her ankle, and it was oozing blood and some sort of Orange liquid.

A Dauntless nurse goes over to Carlo and begins cleaning his wound, then bandaging it. She allows Carlo to rest for a bit and lowers her voice to speak to Oceana. "You need to be careful. He may become under a simulation of some sort at any time. The orange substance in his wound was simulation serum. I'm not sure whether it's fear simulation serum or another kind, but either way, you need to be careful with him. He will still be in a lot of pain, too." The nurse explains.

"Who would be doing it this time, though? I don't think it's the Erudite. At least, they'd make some allies first. Anything similar happen to anyone else that you noticed?" Carlo questions. His breathing isn't as heavy as it was earlier.
