Character Creation Guidelines - PLEASE READ

These are the guidelines for character creation.

-You MUST fill out the form.
-Create your own thread for your character's application.
-Your character application has to have the a title being your character's name.

FORM:

Character Name: (First, middle and last)

Nickname: (If any)

Age: (16+)

Faction: (Abnegation, Amity, Dauntless, Candor, Erudite or Factionless)

Transfer?: (Is your character a faction transfer? If so, from which faction?)

Divergent?: (If you character is divergent, say yes, if not, say no. Only a certain amount of characters will be allowed to be divergent)

Aptitude test: (Please role play your character's Aptitude test. At least 5 sentences per paragraph. At least 3 paragraphs.)

Choosing Ceremony: (Please role play your character's choosing ceremony. At least 5 sentences per paragraph. At least 3 paragraphs.)

Appearance: (Write out a description of your character's appearance. At least 5 sentences per paragraph. At least one paragraph. If you choose to use a picture instead, it can not be of a celebrity or other person well known on the Internet and other media. It must either be a picture you took yourself, or a drawing/self-designed image)

Personality: (Write out a description of your character's personality. At least 5 sentences per paragraph. At least 2 paragraphs.)

History: (Write about your character's history and family. At least 5 sentences per paragraph. At least 2 paragraphs.)
